Learning to cook

mybacon stirFor the last few years off and on I have used several home delivery methods for paleo and clean eating. It has come that time, that I must for once learn how to cook paleo on my own. My coach let me borrow a book called, “The 30 Day Guide to Paleo Cooking” by Hayley Mason and Bill Staley. My job is to memorize and embrace the book. The best part of the book is the week to week shopping guide and easy to follow recipes.

Due to budgeting issues, I had to go through and pick two breakfasts and 3 lunch/dinner ideas. In the book it shows you how you can use the dinner from last night for breakfast or lunch the next day. Tomorrow night I am making pork chops for dinner and then I shouldn’t have to cook again until Wednesday. =o)

Urban Paleo Chef who follows my blog wrote and told me that he makes pulled pork and then adds unsweetened shredded coconut flakes to it for breakfast and eggs. What is your favorite paleo snack?
