September Goals

I’ve written about once and I am sure it will get written about again; goals. Usually I would write my goals down on a piece of paper and put them on the fridge, this month I decided I would share them with you all.

Goal 1: Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day.

I will do this by always carrying a full bottle of water with me where ever I go. I am not picky about water, I will drink it ice cold or car temperature-I just need to drink more of it.

Goal 2: Super strict paleo-no dairy and food prep on Sundays.

I have been eating palep about 90% of the time, but to burn off some more fat in undesired areas I know I need to get super strict. For me it has become more of a mental game, when I think about what I can’t have it makes me want it even more. My fridge is stocked with 100% paleo and I started prepping my meals and making eating 100% paleo easier.

Goal 3: Run 400m without stopping and without pain

Ugh, I am not a runner. If any crossfit workout has running I usually a/d or row. Lately due to some pains in my back/hip running has become very painful. My goal for this month is to figure out and get the pain gone and then slowly build up to a 400 meter run without stopping. You might think it is easy, but for me it is one of my hardest skills.

Goal 4: Crossfit 4 times a week and 2 days a week of spinning/rowing

Since I have been working with Coach Anthony 2 times a week I have only been going 1 other time a week to the box. My goal is to go 4x a week to crossfit and then hit open gym 2x/week or get to a spinning class 2x/week for an extra cardio workout.

What are you goals for this month and how are you going to accomplish them? I’d love to hear from you.Ā
