Stronger each day 5-13-14

Dry air…mountains…sunshine…I haven’t been this happy in a long time and I can’t really explain it either. After talking with a friend awhile ago before I moved the friend asked me when I was the happiest, and that was when I lived out west. I am not sure what it is…but I am so happy and it is finally starting to show too. Sometimes be so caught up in the busyness of life we forgot to concentrate on what makes us happy. Things out here are finally starting to fall into place for me and that makes me even more joyous.

About a month ago I was contact and asked to share my “Journey” with a CrossFit company. I was far beyond honored and thrilled to be asked to share it and more importantly to be asked to be an ambassador for them. My journey is important to me and sharing it helps me focus and keep going and pushing on towards my goals. Today’s workout:
45 Minutes A-Bike
Every 5 minutes get off and do 10 bowler’s squats per leg

Surround yourself with people who support your goals and encourage you to be your very best in all you do! After having my patience tested things are finally falling into place and it is going to be a beautiful picture when it’s done.
