I’ve been working hard lately, but haven’t really noticed much difference with my weight and I was started to get discouraged. I know the scale and numbers can be misleading and that it can lead to frustration and sabotage for me, but I just had to see. So last night I dug the scale out of the box in my storage closet and placed it on my bathroom floor. No, I know better than to get on at night, lol. So this morning after my morning routine, I got on the scale. Stop traffic! I am down 10 pounds from a couple of weeks ago. I know in the past seeing my weight loss has caused self sabotage, but I’m going to keep taking it a day at a time and not focus on where I need to go but instead where I am in the moment.
