Strength 3-4-205

Some days the bar just feels heavier than other days but it is all about little steps and pushing through. I didn’t sleep super well and I’ve had some added stress with family in town and those factors all effect training.

Training 
 
A1. Trap bar DL; 6-8 x 3; rest 1 min – KEEP this moderate
Notes: 100×6, 110×6, 110×6 these felt really heavy today. 

A2. DB step up; 6-8 x 3; rest 2 min – tough weight, bust sustainable positions
Notes: 30×8, 35×7, 35×6

B. DB chest press; 6-8 x 4; rest 2 min
25×8, 30×8, 35×8, 40×6
 
C. Gravitron chin up; 6-8 x 4; rest 1 min
210×6 for all four
 
D. Tabata FLR I did 20/10 for 8 since you didn’t specify what you wanted.
