I’ve eaten more variety of fruits and vegetables than I have in a long time. Throughout the day I’ve drank a gallon of warm water, 7 cups of caffeine free herbal tea, and some homemade juices that make dirt taste better.
Between feeling fatigued and lots of bathroom trips I’m feeling some effects of the detox. At different points of the day I’ve had some weird tingling feelings, a headache, and a little light-headed. The above pictures are my breakfast and lunch, dinner didn’t look too different minus the beet juice (tasted like ground up dirt) 😝
Dinner:
The bonus at dinner were 3 rice crackers! For snacks I had a half of Apple and a half of avocado. The positive is that one day is down!
