Training 4-15

 

When I came into the gym I was a little tired wondering how I was going to get through each part. Yet after each section I had a little more energy. I didn’t push as hard today because I didn’t have the energy level to push harder for a long piece. Even though I didn’t go as heavy I found strength from pieces I’ve never done before like the flutter kicks. 

Michael Bann helped me with my grip on my strict press and my shoulders felt better. Even though it felt strange, I felt more stability from it. I’ll add the video when I get home!
