Calming 

  
It was a beautiful fall day here in the desert and so I chose to do my yoga session on my patio. I don’t often have it in my programming, but it is a nice change was walking.  It was really relaxing at times I was feeling the drops of rain bouncing back and cooling me off just a little bit. I was able to work on my breathing techniques and I found it quiet relaxing. 

Today I had a day to think, relax, and be still with myself with only a little distraction. I started reading a new book, You are a Badass-I swear it is just what I needed at this point in my journey! I worked on my lists some more and made choices. Writing and letting go has a way of opening windows and letting light shine on something a different way than when I saw it before. Maybe it was the rainy day…maybe it was the calm and relaxing day or just maybe I’m letting go and seeing more of who I really am. I got some great clarity today and feel so calm and relaxed.
