Sometimes you have to get out of your body and mind and go into that deep inner place. I started the day not feeling well but I didn’t want zero’s for my first week of an online rowing competition I am competing in, so I found that place of determination today and got it done. I was rewarded with a new 1K PR 4:32! I know scores aren’t all in yet, but is fun to see my name in the top 20!
