Wow, it’s been a long week! I never realized how much I used food as a coping tool to not feel emotions. I’m not one who cries easily and I’ve cried almost everyday this week. Thank goodness TP is more readily available because I’ve used about 7 just this week 🤣🤣. My body is responding well to the detox because I lost 15 pounds this week!!
The only sugar I am eating is the 10mg of cannabis I take at night. Now that I’m in PA for the next 6 months or so I’ve got to learn how to make paleo friendly gummies. I’ve been medically using cannabis for over 3 years and it has given me a natural way to manage anxiety, mental health, and body pain. If you have a natural recipe and feel like sharing, I’d love to try it.
All and all the first week has been great. I put a reminder for my day number in my phone tonight to help me track my journey. Next week I will be starting barre at home to get my body moving.
