Day 1Last night I went with some people I WOD with for a “last super” before start day for 21 Day Sugar Detox. Needless to say I made my day 1 a little more challenging; 3 margaritas and fried ice cream-feeling a little queasy this morning.
For me this challenge will be more of a mental game than anything. I’ve never gone 100% Paleo for more than three days, plus never no sugar. This time I have more tools and support, so I will take it a day at a time. 😊
I got my starting weight and I’m down 10 pounds! Wahoo-so I’d like to get down to 199 for the challenge; which would be 16 pounds. Which may not happen. But my main goal is completing it 100% how it’s supposed to be done, no cheating!
Day 3
I woke up this morning with a really bad headache and upset stomach. Yesterday I felt pretty good throughout the whole day. I’ve been a little more tired the last few days too.
